Shipping Policy

   

Internet orders only ship within the contiguous United States.

We offer free shipping for orders $150 or more. Orders below $150 are charged a flat rate of $15.95.

Custom items not ordered through our ecommerce site will be quoted prepaid & add unless otherwise noted on quote.

 

Domestic rules:

• • All rates are for internet order shipped within the contiguous United States.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories and International:
  • We do not offer regular shipping to these locations
  • If you would like to have an order shipped to any of these location contact us.

Carrier rules: 

• • Orders may ship by FedEx, UPS, USPS or Motor Freight Carrier
  • Once orders ship we will email the tracking number or pro number

Motor Freight rules: 

• • Items may ship by motor freight due to size, weight or other factors
  • These items ship from our facilities to your curbside, dock or inside front door
  • Residential delivery may not be available in some areas
  • Shipping fees are for 1 attempt to the shipping address
  • Someone must be at shipping address to sign for delivery

Cancellation rules:

• • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once shipped
